So according to New Hampshire’s legal system, treating two classes of people differently and criminalising one class for certain behaviours but the same behaviours when done by the other class of people is not a criminal act, is not a discriminatory practice.
Yes that is correct. When men do something it is perfectly acceptable. When women do the exact same thing it is illegal. And according to three of the state’s finest legal minds this is not discriminatory.
I can only imagine how they would have ruled if a pre-op male to female transwomen had been involved…
The logic. It fails me.
