I blogged about V who was in need of some help in April.

I am happy to say that through your extreme kindness we were able to raise some money to help V.

I met up with V last Tuesday to see how they were doing and to hand over the cash.

I am happy to say that V is doing better than I feared. Whilst some of life’s ‘necessities’ (a working mobile phone for example) are not within reach right now, some kind people are sheltering her and the university has opened applications for some housing. The money we raised will go some way to helping with administration and registration fees and costs.

I only hope that the application is successful so that V can have some security going forward.
