Is This Headline Insulting

I have not read the article so I can not comment about the context, but regardless of the context, I think the use of the inverted commas is insulting. Your thoughts?

  1. This can be read many ways. With out the story, I personally don’t take it to offense yet. Though it would be easy to.


  2. Tabloid. I might have be concerned if it said she wants to be a colander.
